It was the perfect place. Really close to the Teatro Massimo. They were very attentive.

I liked the fact that the porter was so ameniable

The Host and how petty she was. The fact that the atmopshere felt empty and cold , the cheap furniture and the fact that there was just enough glasses i.e. 3, and told I should have mentioned that I broke a glass to the porter!!!!! Not enough hot water for 3 persons to have a shower even though I paid for 3 persons... The host was like SCROOGE a very stingy individual, cold and unwelcoming host and apartment.

It was a lovely stay, a few minutes walk to the Teatro Massimo. The room was big and clean. The kitchen has utensils, dishes, teapot, coffee machine. Angelo was very helpful, gave us all instructions and supported us to park our car which is not easy at all in Palermo. I highly recommend the place. Since you are here don’t miss to visit one of the operas in Teatro Massimo. It was amazing experience.

Angelo, the doorman was great. Very attentive and helpful.

There was a group of homeless men and their pet dogs living directly beneath our apartment window. They were very loud at night. Even though we wore ear plugs it was very difficult to sleep at night.

Amazing apartment! Everything was very clean and tidy and we felt really comfortable staying there. It’s well equipped with all amenities you might need, even if you plan on staying longer. Location is great, it’s in the city center but a few minutes walking distance from all the buzz, so noises from the bars weren’t an issue. All sightseeing attractions are near by. Angelo was really helpful, he took his time to ensure our smooth check in and made sure we had everything we needed.
