The location is very close to the center, the apartment is situated on the 1st floor, the building has a porter, the entrance to the premises is based on a key. The person who received us was very friendly and very helpful. Both rooms were spacious, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things, there is also a washing machine, and the bathroom has a large shower. The "Teatro Massimo" is a 5-minute walk away, the central point of the old town is 10 minutes away. The central train station is located 25 minutes away, and the port with the "Marina" esplanade 20 minutes away. I warmly recommend it !

The location is superb and this was the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in. The doorman, Angelo, is very helpful even though het speaks very little English. However, we managed fine with Translator. You are in the heart of the city so every thing you need from cafes, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops are all within 5-10 minute walking distance

The bed is a stiff spring mattress and is not super comfortable

It was very functional and clean. The welcome was very friendly 😊

The street noise, the apartment is on a very busy street... The shower is tiny, impossible to even turn around.

Gorgeous stylish apartment. Right in the centre of Palermo town centre, with lots of street parking available. Great communication and Emanuele was always available. Will definitely be returning!

It was centrally located in the New Town area of Palermo. The airport shuttle bus stop was an easy 10 minute walk if that. Angelo the doorman was helpful and we communicated through Google translate. We also appreciated being able to storage excess luggage for a week prior to our actual stay for a fee. The hosts were very responsive to answering questions. The unit was on the 2nd floor and had 1flight of stairs.

Our unit didn’t have a washing machine but there was a self service lavanderia located at Politiama Square. We knew that it didn’t have one ahead of time.
