Le logement est nickel et l emplacement certes à quelques 20 minutes à pied su centre mais super accessible. Le stationnement gratuit et facile autour et les indications de lorenzo pour découvrir la ville sont agréables

Si l on doit dire quelques chose, la douche un peu étroite mais cela n est vraiment qu un détail !

Apartman je lep, odlično opremljen i na dobrom mestu. 15-tak minuta hoda od Teatra Masimo i katedrale u Palermu. Domaćin je veoma ljubazan i uslužan. Dočekala nas je i boca sicilijanskog vina. Palermo je fantastičan grad, lavirint prepun iznenadjenja i nudi mnogo više nego što na prvi pogled izgleda, ali definitivno nije za svakoga. Mi smo uživali u boravku. Topla preporuka

What was nice was that the owner agreed to give us the keys much earlier than he should have. Check-in is at 12:30, but he was kind enough to give us the keys just after 9:00 when we arrived in Palermo.

Very poor costumer service, because of the early check in I didn't give just one star. There's an Italian "instruction" on the wall that says: Casa Florio Apartamenti provides guests with two rolls of toilet paper (there was one), two bottles of water, a bottle of wine, and four coffee pods. On the contrary - there was no coffee, no water, not to mention wine . This is the first apartment in Italy—and I travel a lot—without coffee or even a bottle of water in the fridge. You came directly from the airport, and the first thing you do is run to the supermarket to buy water. My partner (Italian) sent the host a message asking about a caffetiera (not even coffee), and the host answered, "There's a coffee machine, so go go to the market and buy coffee, it's just 6 or 7 euros." The Wi-Fi password was very illegibly handwritten, so I don't know how the Wi-Fi works there, as I didn't use it. The refrigerator's freezer was dirty and full of yellow frost and ice. The shower door is stuck together with tape, there's mold in the corners, and the toilet seat is wobbling in all directions. The apartment is damp, and the peeling plaster on the walls is covered with pictures. The host seemed to be doing us a favor by renting us the apartment and boasted that he'd been in the business for 10 years. 10 years is plenty of time to fix for example, the shower cabin. Besides, the host told us to take out the trash when we moved out. Honestly, it's a bit funny - you pay for rent and for someone to clean up after you, and not for being able to take out the trash. All in all - a very disappointing stay.
