Monolocale pulito è in zona tranquilla. La host abbastanza disponibile..

La finestrella del bagno è da sistemare..servirebbe per arieggiare..del resto è ok!

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda, affacciato su un cortile interno tranquillo circondato da altri palazzie e a pochi passi dalla minimetrò, che permette di raggiungere il centro storico in pochi minuti. La presenza del parcheggio privato è un grande valore aggiunto e rende gli spostamenti molto più semplici. La zona giorno è abbastanza ampia con cucina e un divano letto, l’appartamento nel complesso risulta pulito e ordinato. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di ammodernamento, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la finestra, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato comunque piacevole.

It is a flat in block with great location, near Minimetro and several minutes from the Railway station that suit us very much as we were travelling from Roma by train and went to visit Assisi by train, and super easy way to get to old town. Perugia surprised me very much - very nice town with a lot of students ana old University. Communication with our host was very good, we changed our time of arrival several times and there were no problem to her to meet us at 8 p.m.
