Ampio e luminoso Monolocale

Property was clean, comfortable and close to transportation. It’s a third floor studio but there is a lift. The apt had a washing machine, kitchen (but no microwave), great shower, and a/c. The sofabed was very comfortable for us. The owner(and daughter) had some tourist information- the best is the mini metro which can take you straight to the historic part of Perugia, or to the train station (if need be), and about 1 block away.

I wish there were some more cooking utensils like a spatula. Everything else was great!

It was not what we would call a one bedroom apartment. There was one large room which had a double sofa bed and single sofa bed and a kitchen. Then the bathroom was seperate with a small shower.

close to everything, really!! restaurants, bars and little trolly to everything, You could travel 24 hr with 10$ to all over including the center. The fantastic hosts and the attention to details

maybe the sofa bed but as a sofa bed it was one of the best. P.S. I am big 108 Kg The shower was good!

Everything was great, the apartament is very clean, everything works fine, the space is great. Very close to Supermarket and to the minimetro station, that gives us fast way into the historical center. Perugia is a very beautiful city!

The location is perfect, close to the train station for longer distance travels and very close to the mini metro that takes you straight to the old city center of Perugia. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you could need. The host is very welcoming and helpful, we had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Nothing major, but it was a bit noisy (fridge, air conditioning, street) and maybe the shower head could be replaced.
