Modern, well equipped apartment with an excellent location and good communication with the host.

The location was 100% and la Signora Dania was very kind and helpful, the AC worked perfect.

The cleanness wasn’t correct, we found traces of the guests before and the walls been black with foot prints next to the bed. There was no toilet paper on the second day and the worst part was that, at the day of check out the cleaning person pressured us to leave and knocked even twice while we already where sorting our things to leave, but still had 40 min before the check out deadline. Which was not acceptable at all. The breakfast was just plastic packed stuff.

The breakfast is not as described. You just have a coffe machine and industrial sweeties. You cannot prepare any meal because there are no pots at all.

Te location was really good. In the centre. in reach of everything

i didn't like the breakfast offered. since it were package crackers with jam. wich is not what i beakfast in my daily basis so i mostly had breakfast out

Absolutely perfect!

I have given this property a 10 because it honestly exceeded my expectations. The instructions to enter the property were clear and easy, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect! Restaurants and sightseeing all in close walking distance. The host, Josephine, was fabulous and went above and beyond to help me out personally as well. And there's a lift!!!😁 There's snacks to make up for breakfast, but if you're like me, enjoy the city and have breakfast at a cafe and enjoy Palermo!

I ll try be honest here, and leave a realistic review: - False things about this apartment: - NO PARKING ( while it says it contains ) due to this, we lost each day hours in search for parking, sometimes even walking up to 1km from car to apartment as in Palermo its basically impossible to find parking, owner says she has, but its busy, while we mentioned we will need it ( i doubt it contains parking because this is big building without garage ) - NO BREAKFAST ( another thing that was not true about this apartment, the owner leaves nutella, honey, 2 bottles of small water, and 2 small juices and some bread ( for nutella and honey ) for 5 days of the stay. So its a LIE that this apartment has breakfast, just false information used to trick the guests - No Oven, no knives for fruits, just x2 forks, spoons, plates and 2 very bad knives that can not be used for anything - Pictures on the booking are looking much better , i belive are taken from very good angles, but in reality its not the same feeling as in the picture - NO BALCONY - actually there is, but you cant sit there, its 40cm x 200cm , and you need to enter balcony from a window and that balcony is shared with another apartment. - Linen and towel change get charged extra - The shower gell, shampoo has expired dates of usage - No place where to store clothes, you need keep all in your baggage - Toilet bow splits water outside of the bow on the ground on each flush - Shower is very small From me, most honest and realistic review i could provide. Hope this helps someone.
