Host was friendly and responsive. Location is great, there is a bus station very close to the apartmant. We were pleasantly surprised with croassants and coffee! It was clean and it had everything we needed.

We had problems opening the hallway door. For some reason, we had to try at least 10 times until we succeeded. I didn't like getting to the balcony through the window.

The location and the apartment are good but this is the end of positive features.

There are a few things I want to write about to make other guests aware: 1. Photo of ID. The first strange thing: The owner's request to send a photo of the ID card for check-in via Whatsapp!!!!! Without RODO documents signed etc.... It was strange, I don't know if it's even legal, I didn't do it and didn't agree to it because the ID card contains more data than is needed when registering. 2. Breakfast. Normally on Booking.com, when you choose the "breakfast included" option, it means that breakfast is served every day throughout your stay, and there was a small treat in the form of a few crackers, croisants and a few small containers of jam for whole stay. This is misleading guests probably to attract tourists but it is not fair. 3. Lack of guest service. We got 2 rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay and we stayed for 5 nights. I write to the owner asking for paper and the person says she doesn't have it and we may buy it at a nearby store. So we've bought the big pocket of toilet paper...... Moreover, neither the bed linen nor the towels were changed throughout the stay. There were no garbage service as well. 4. We did not receive information on where to throw away the garbage. There are 2 garbage containers in the apartment, there is no segregation. After collecting the room, the owner writes to me that she has not seen anyone leave the apartment like that.... sending us pictures and there was rubbish packed in bags, used towels and bedding after normal use..... so I don't know what she expected, that we are a cleaning service????! Moreover she dropped the garbage that we packed and sent us a picture....suggesting that we've done it.......It was a lie.... The thing she does really fast is coming for money for tax garage etc. I do not recommend this place because such situations take away the comfort of rest.

Breakfast was a great bonus. As was the location. We did have key trouble but was due to other tenants not hostess

All was good but the key locks were a little loose. Just need some attention. But did not effect our stay. We did have an issue due to other tenant but hostess rectified immediately Overall a really good experience

Clean and central and safe area

The Remote check in and took some time to gain entry to the accommodation. It would have good if there was an envelope left to remind us of the City taxes.

The Apartament is very well located in the city centre. Very clean comfy beds, cozzy bathroom with ambient lights,

The location is excellent, close to major sightseeing spots. The room and facilities were perfectly clean, stylish and cozy. The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice!

We have no complaints.
