Bathroom and location…

Breakfast, balkon-wiev, main room is improvisation, walls need painting…

Everything necessary was provided. My wife and I found the continental style breakfast was very adequate and a good start to each day. The bed was comfortable and the shower quite remarkable. One has to get used to the rules on security, but these are reassuring although the part of Palermo in which the property is located seems quite safe.

Communication with the proprietor was by WhatsApp, which suited me but perhaps not everybody.

Super central & easy to reach, if you arrive in Palermo by train or bus in the central station. The owner explained how we can get the keys and did a self-check-in & check-out with no problems. The room very spacious and clean, equiped with everything you need for a few days stay for breakfest & snacks preparation. Blow dryer & hair straightener in the bathroom was a plus. Also conveniently located very close to the historic centre & most points of interest in the city in walkable distances. Mini markets, restaurants, bakaries, bus stops, everything can be found within a couple blocks. We do recomend.
