Maria and Maurizio were perfect hosts, likewise the Apartment was incredible, allowing you feel at home in Palermo. The Apartment is perfectly situated in the Heart of Capo Market with Lolli station at your doorstep. Every morning you have a choice of fresh Market produce or hundreds of Caffe's for a perfect breakfast whether is Granite and brioche or a cornetto and a Cappuccino. If you want to explore Palermo is at your doorstep and if your feeling adventurous the train or bus service will take you to Cefalu to the east, Monreale to the south or Tripanini to the west. Nightlife is a must and this Apartment is in walking distance to anywhere you want to be.

If you're a light sleeper remember its a capital.

Excellent location in the middle of the market area , which includes a few restaurants , and is lit up at night and looks magical. Easy 10 min walk to the Cathedral and main centre. Air conditioning works well. Very accommodating and helpful hosts. Always responsive and assisted me to find luggage storage nearby given I had a whole day in Palermo before flying out.

Early checkout at 9.30 am. The record player doesn’t work , which was disappointing as I wanted to play the records that were there. The bed is short. I’m 5”8 and my feet were at the end of the bed. And an FYI - It’s a long walk from the train station (800 m) if you are dragging luggage with you, as the footpaths and curbs are terrible.

This family owned, centrally located apartment is stunning! Artfully appointed with everything you need for a great stay in Palermo. Comfortable bed, two bathrooms, beautiful decor and unbelievable owners, who went much further than the extra mile for us. There is a great street food market just steps from Kardia and the main attractions are close by (but not too close, which we loved).

Appartment it self is really cute and functional. You won’t miss a thing. An extra is how cool it’s furnished. And it has cool art too. Location can’t get better, as it is seen in map. So you can quickly reach the fun Palermo center.

Communication with Maria Luisa was excellent and she greeted me at the apartment with a little gift of traditional biscotti, coffee, tea and water was available in the fridge. Additionally it was never a problem to message Maria Luisa with questions during my stay. Apartment has a camera intercom system so you can see and talk to someone without letting them into the building. Lovely homely decor. Some windows had mosquito nets which I really appreciated. Quiet apartment with restaurant next door which is very handy if you arrive late and tired! I will return!!!

Nothing!!! But if I think hard ... then mosquito nets on ALL windows would be even better! But really that's an EXTREMELY minor point because the apartment is FANTASTIC in everyway. Thank you!
