Baglio Reale Apartments

Was cute looking with a nice shared patio Was a walkable distance to many areas

Too many steps down from street level door to reach the advertised ground level apartment Not suitable for a disabled person The apartment was very damp and many mosquitoes

Supermarket fairly close by. The apartment is very central so convenient. Hosts were helpful.

Quite a lot of city noise in the mornings. Car parking was not easy, had to pay eur15 per day

Great location, with a yummy arancini place very close by! Good and easy communication with the host + the person checking us in was lovely and gave us recommendations and a map. Comfy bed + it was very considerate that oil, salt and pepper were provided.

the below didn’t really bother us too much as we were out of the place most of the day exploring the city but it did make it a bit inconvenient at times & they’re just things that can be improved on: waterfall shower didn’t work; on the last morning there was no warm water in the shower, maybe this is something that could have been easily fixed as I’m sure Gaia would be quick to respond but we were in a rush; lighter for the stove was empty but thankfully we had our own! ; ceiling lamp in the bedroom was barely hanging on; wifi signal not very strong but worked most of the time; even though there’s nets in the windows, they weren’t properly attached and we got bitten during the night; underground train goes close by and we could hear/feel it going but it never woke us up and apart from that it was very quiet

The owner and the person who checked me in were lovely and the property itself was safe and in a fantastic location, just west of Porto Nuova, and an easy walk into the historic district of Palermo. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the apartment was clean and functional!

Excellent apartments just outside of the heritage area; quiet and clean, very responsive host and easy walk (<10 min) to the main sites and to train station.

Beautiful apartments, had everything we needed. The host was extremely efficient in helping us with any problems we had, and her colleague gave us loads of helpful recommendations. Good location for all the city attractions

Not ideal if you’re looking for a beach holiday as it’s about an hour on the bus, however this is advertised anyway

Rooms were cleaned and calm. I like there everything and I will back there in future!

Didn’t look quite like advertised, shower wasn’t fully functioning and air con wasn’t in bedroom, bed was hard
