Large terrace apartment near Politeama

A very spacious and beautiful flat. Great central location. Friendly and helpful owner. Loved the balcony. Comfortable beds. Good air condition in all the rooms.

I particularly appreciate very helpful host.

The host and her mother are just awesome. For example: as parking spaces are smal and often not available the host`s mother has been waiting for the first free slot and defended it for us

Splendid terrace, nice apartment, cosy equipped. Everything was clean and the beds are really comfortable. 👍 We had very hot weather with high humidity in August, but the AC was working very well. Analia is a very friendly and helpful owner. A good choice while staying in Palermo! We will be back.

Cozy and large apartment, beautiful terrace, near center. Free parking on the street and a paid paking nearby. The host Analia was very helpful. Overall it was a great choice

The flat was beautiful and spacious! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed, such as towels, bed linen and soap. The hosts were very accommodating and we were even able to have our bags kept there during the last day for a small fee. We'd absolutely recommend this place :)

Honestly there isn't much we didn't like. If you sleep in the living room area, you might hear some cars at night or other noise from the street, but I'm a light sleeper and I was able to sleep just fine.

All the rooms were an excellent size. The living area was very comfortable and sociable. Great comfy sofas and large dining table. The kitchen area was very well stocked. Loved the rooftop terrace which again was a great sociable area. Place was spotlessly clean and there was an added advantage of a washing machine. Owners mother lives in the same block and was lovely and so helpful, especially given the late hour in which we arrived. The location is excellent.

If you have any mobility issues or do not like stairs , then this will be an issue, as it is the top floor apartment in a 4 storey building with steep, narrow winding stairs. There are also narrow wooden stairs to get to the second bedroom and roof terrace. Would have appreciated 2 sets of keys given we were a group of friends travelling together.

Fairly near most major sights. Comfortable, stylish, spacious and clean set on two levels with roof terrace.

There are a lot of stairs from street level to apartment. It is in a lovely old building and high ceilings are the reason for this! The listed ‘ hot tub’/jacuzzi was actually a spa bath in the second bathroom and which was not working. The owner said this was due to drought in Palermo at present - April 24. The owner apologised for not letting us know this beforehand. Otherwise no complaints

This lovely apartment was very spacious - lots of room for the four of us. (Two couples). The living room is well equipped for lounging after spending the day exploring Palermo. The apartment is meticulously clean, the beds very comfortable. The location is excellent - we walked everywhere, restaurants, sight seeing. Close by to supermarket and fruit/vegetable stands. Easy walk to open markets. Analia was an excellent host - met us at the apartment, gave us lots of good information, very responsive. Highly recommend this for your stay in Palermo.
