Large terrace apartment near Politeama

Very clean. Alliana was very attentive during our stay. Quite environment, Nice terras and very close to old city, restaurants and airport busstation.

Beautiful spacious apartment in an authentic neighborhood with an excellent hostess!

We liked everything!

The apartment is located on the top floor with a terrace, where evenings are wonderfully spent. The atmosphere is charming, with items that create a cozy ambiance, and all interior details are made with love. The pillows are very comfortable. There is an air conditioner in every room. Our group of friends, 7 people in total, comfortably settled on two levels of the apartment. There are 2 bathrooms, which is convenient for a large group. The hostess is very pleasant, always in touch, and ready to help with any questions. The apartment's location is convenient. It's in the center, with all the attractions within a 7-minute walk. Cafes and restaurants are also within a 5-minute walk.

I just want to note that there is a not enough amount of tableware (plates, cups, glasses) to serve lunch or dinner for 7 people. Also, there are very small trash containers in the apartment, which are insufficient for such a large group. It's unclear where to put all the garbage, but overall, it doesn't spoil the vacation, as these are minor things.

Grand typical Italian building, location was on the edge of true central Palermo but it has some great restaurants around the corner. Its a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment, each with private bathroom on 3rd floor with private terrace. Helpful landlady. Received clear instructions to reach the apartment.

High floor with 3 flights of stairs (no lift) and 2nd bedroom on 4th floor. Difficult but free parking although we were lucky with finding a space every time.

lots of steps into the apartment. the second bedroom was up another flight of stairs and there were steps between the bedroom and the bathroom which created problems at night

The location was excellent - within walking distance to the tourist sites, and quiet during the night. The beds were comfortable, the unit had everything we needed. The unit was on third floor, but Analia , our host, made us aware of this making sure it would not be a problem. Analia was a great host and was always quick to respond to our questions. Furniture was comfortable as well. We would recommend this accomodation.

Maybe the kitchen pots and pans could be updated - but we managed with what was there.

Great host who greeted us on arrival. Sent us information about restaurant close by. This apartment we rented was on the 3rd level with no lifts. This information should be made available on the website. There were mosquitoes in the room and I ended up with a few bites on my face.

was good for us but is a top floor flat with lots of stairs so might not be ideal if older.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, good location, excellent roof terrace, excellent communication. Analia was very friendly and helpful.

Large apartment located between the harbour and Teatro Politeama with good sized terrace on the upper level. Kitchen is adequately equipped for food prep and cooking. Found three grocery stores within reasonable walking distance and several good veggie stands nearby.

Hot water heating (as we were there in Feb) controlled from single thermostat (which was difficult to operate) in the second bedroom.
