Everything! Such a great find and very easy to walk around this charming town! Roberto was lovely and we had everything we needed. Lots of space, comfy beds.

Bathroom was a little small but not a problem.

You can’t get a better location than this place. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, close to dining and shopping and just very convenient. Great to be able to drop off packages or run in to use the bathroom. Clean and hosts were very nice. They didn’t speak English, but used a translation app to communicate. Towels and linens are included, despite the description.

The property can be noisy during the day when people are walking in the alley, but it was quiet at night. The parking was more than one euro for 24 hours, but location made it more than worth it.

Everything was very nice and comfortable and close to the center of town. The host was very accommodating and let us in early.

Excellent location. Difficult to come by car but we phoned the owner and she came to meet us and directed us to a parking area just opposite the apartment. Perfect parking and once there, location is definitely excellent, thank you 😊 We where suppose to leave on the day, but you cannot miss another night in beautiful Orvieto, with such a good location and gentle owners, who really took great care of all our needs 😊 Grazie. Thanks to you....We fell in love with Orvieto. Love from Malta 🧡
