Le Rose di Nonna Maria, appartamento di lusso in centro città

Parvekkeellinen huoneisto oli tasokas, viehättävä ja kauniisti sisustettu sekä kooltaan iso. Asunto oli erittäin rauhallinen ja sijaitsi neljännessä kerroksessa, jonne pääsi helposti hissillä. Majoitukseen kuuluva italiainen aamiainen oli kävelymatkan päässä sijaitsevassa viehättävässä kahvilassa. Lisäksi majoittajamme Salvatore oli varannut huoneistoon paljon suolaisia ja makeita leivonnaisia sekä hedelmiä, kahvia, vettä ja jopa proseccoa. Salvatore oli myös erittäin ystävällinen ja huolehti meistä erinomaisesti koko vierailumme ajan. Tämä majoitus oli ehdottomasti koko Italian matkamme huippupaikka! Millegrazie, Salvatore!!!

Absolutely stunning apartment. Very tastefully appointed and decorated. It had absolutely everything we needed for our 6 day stay. Pictures online do not do it justice. Great location. Our host, Salvatore was a true gentleman and his attention to detail was a standout. The special treats he provided were much enjoyed and appreciated. He was so helpful and responsive on every level. He even coordinated our transfers for us.

Everything was perfect. No negatives at all.

The property is beautiful, it has something for each age. I went with my family and small children and they loved it. It’s very spacious. The hosts thought if everything you might need and have resources available. He was pretty responsive and provided us with ideas of places to eat, park, and attraction to visits. He gave us a very nice welcome. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious for a family of 6. There was every convenience you could want. The location was great with walking distance to all restaurants and shops I would definitely recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing apartment. Salvatore is an incredible host who has thought of everything to make a stay in Le Rose di Nonna Maria a fantastic experience. We loved listening to some Italian music on the record player, whilst sipping a chilled wine or having coffee and pastries on the terrace. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed by the owner with wonderful Italian tunes, freshly baked local delicacies, suggestons for local restaurants and a warm smile. We did not use the breakfast option as we wanted to start the days early and hence ate at the apartment. The communication with the owner before arrival was quick and efficient. WiFi and air conditioning worked well. The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures, high ceilings, lots of light and was a 15-20 minute walk from the main sights. Several food stores nearby, so we could buy anything we needed. The owner organised a taxi to take us to the airport and we had a very good service. the drives arrived on time with a clean and air conditioned car, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, so we could relax and enjoy.

While it is not up to the owner, we would have appreciated a heads up that the local city tax was raised (double!). When we were booking the apartment, it was 2 earos per person per night and when we arrived, we discovered, it was 4 euros per person per night. Also, I am quite a discerning person when it comes to pillows, so the ones we had could have been softer and supported the neck better (I had a stiff neck in the morning). It was also the first time I had to take trash out myself (there was a schedule for specific type of trash for each week day). But these were all minor issues.

Our host provided breakfast vouchers for a local cafe which was a conveniently located (about a 10 minute walk). Coffee and pastries could be ordered.

We could check in much earlier, at 12:30. Arranged taxi on time . The appartment was very comfortable,impressive forniture, many beautiful elements like marble figures, lamps, porcelain, everythings makes the appartment inforgettable. Beautiful apartment, everything was great. Perfect place to stay whilst visiting Palermo with some great recommendations for food from the host. Free breakfast was a nice touch too as were the pastries and Prosecco on arrival.
