We absolutely loved our night, it was super cosy, cool and beautiful. Loved the lighting, shower was great, lovely sofa, very clean and decorated amazing! We already want to come back for our next stay! Thank you so much :)

31A Urban Stays is a fantastic studio with everything you need for a perfect stay. It's design and layout are amazing. Very spacious and brilliant combination of luxury, technology and modern design. It's genuinely really cool! The Urban Lounge downstairs is great too with delicious fresh food and great coffee. Urban Stays hosts Kieron and Lauren are absolutely brilliant. We had a long stay and had a fair bit of interaction with them. They are both so lovely friendly and helpful and provide exceptional customer service 24/7. The location of the studio is brilliant too. Magdalen Road is very vibrant and full of great shops, cafes and restaurants. It's also a short walk to the city centre and the cathedral. We absolutely loved staying here and had a great time. We highly recommend Urban Stays and will definitely be staying again. Thank you to everyone at Urban Stays and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Nothing. It's brilliant and we loved it!

Bed was so so comfy… Love the vibe of the room.. lovely hosts.

The location was perfect for town and travelling to ther parts of Norfolk. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The wine cooler would have been better as a fridge to keep milk fresh for tea. The fan was much needed during the hot week we stayed. We spent a lovely week there and would use again.

The WiFi was nonexistent the entire stay…then again we’re in Norwich so at least there was service.

Could have done with some more information about local places and how to get around. Maybe food places to go. And key code to accesses took us a while to enter the property.
