Location is perfect, everything around you might need..cafe, pub, tesco's restaurants etc.

Maybe a few more pieces of crockery, kitchen utensils..wine glasses

I was there for a 1 month elective at NNUH so location was very important for me, being close to a bus line but also being in the town. The bus was maybe a 30 second walk from us and we were pretty much directly in the town with their associated cafe downstairs and a great pub across the street, plus a Tesco express across the other side. Lots of good little streets to run if you like jogging and the beds were extremely comfy. Plus the blackout curtains allowed for insanely good sleep especially since the sun only sets at 11pm in England and I had to be up at 6am everyday.

This place is probably perfect for a weekend getaway but for 1 month it was pretty inconvenient. First, there are no closets, just a clothing rack which would have been fine but there were only 5-6 hangers when we got there even though the owners knew we would be there for a month. The refrigerator is not a fridge, it’s a small wine cooler which didn’t really keep groceries cool or allow you to have the items upright so our milk would spoil every other day. There was also no salt or pepper, which usually is given. The first week we were there they sent cleaners to give us new toilet paper, towels etc. which was lovely and unexpected, even though they just walked into the apartment without knocking. They said they’d be by every week but they never came again and we had to ask for every item like garbage bags, toilet paper etc. At the end we just bought the things we needed since it got very frustrating. Since we were there for a month we needed to clean but there wasn’t a vacuum that we could find and had to ask for a broom which we thankfully got. And they really pushed their downstairs cafe with it being advertised in several locations in the apartment, which was good but pricey. Their 10% discount is advertised as an amazing deal but for 2 people with mains and coffee the meal is 40 pounds, 10% is only 4 pounds off which is not an incredible deal in my opinion. The owners were also slow in communicating when it was important but fast when it was convenient for them. For example we arrived at 1AM the first night and needed to know if any places would be open for food. We asked for the address etc. at 10pm and they responded very fast but when asked about the food, radio silence until the next day. Luckily we had bought some things at the airport. Small things overall but they added up to making us pretty excited about leaving at the end.

Great location. Easy parking outside. Accommodation was clean and a bit different with everything you needed. Nice pubs within walking distance.

Would have been easier to have light switches rather than lights being controlled by a smart speaker. Would have been good to have some kind of bedside table in reach of the bed.

The apartment was exceptionally decorated with a very unique New York style. My husband and I loved the attention to detail that the host has taken and the ingenuity of the built. Location was a 15 min walk from the centre but there were plenty of restaurants and markets around it.

We would have liked if there was a coffee machine available.

Lovely location, great apartment with excellent facilities and an amazing breakfast in the café downstairs. Bed was super comfortable and lots of space in the flat as well.

The TV didn't work, which wasn't much of a problem to us. No other issues, we loved our stay!

Perfect city centre urban hideaway! Very cool accommodation.
