Comfy bed and aircon worked just fine

Place looks muuuch better in pictures than in person. Where do I start (I will miss something): Cleanliness: Just check my pictures - there was some nasty stuff accrued in the bathroom. - the painting is peeling off. - you can tell no one had bothered to at least dust off the wooden room divider - the swimming pool - you enter at your own risk! - outside sink is just nasty! Facilities - check out the key chain i got - i put the size of the aircon remote for comparison - and you cannot! remove it and just have the key. It may be petty - but imagine dragging this around in your pocket - no fridge in the room - I had to go outside at the reception to use the fridge there which they thankfully turned on just for me Staff - whoever had written that it feels staff are doing you a favor when you ask for something - got it spot on! - got breakfast - plate with food and nothing to eat it with (with the complementary dust-made juice). By the time I saw I have no utensils - staff was gone, nowhere to be found for an hour! Placed the place on the top next to the sink outside the room - ants got all over it. Was the last time i asked for breakfast there. - tried to ask to shorten my stay - after an hour one of the girls working at the reception - just told me she can't reach her boss - imagine that (I also couldn't get him on the phone) Location - Okay - and close to the beach - but be advised just in front of the property on the road there is a bar (Narcos) and them guys can go strong until 5 am. All of it is acceptable had it been maybe half price - but value for money - are you kidding me? You can do so much better for less in Panglao. Check out Panglao Lofts!

Quite spacious room

Smell of the bedsheets (moldy), no change of bath towels during a 7 night stay, no face towels, staff not able to help with any bookings (motorbike or taxi).

The rooms are nicely decorated and new. The airconditioner is extremely silent.

To get to the centre, we had to walk next to a busy dark road which did not feel very safe at night. However you can rent a motorbike or take a tricycle. The breakfast should be improved. There is only one option which is a toast with butter, eggs, bacon and ketchup.
