Downtown Apartment

Nikolas was an outstanding host. He was thoughtful, caring, generous and engaging. He was committed to ensuring we had a memorable experience on Paros. He provided airport and sea port transfers and helped to sort out our delayed luggage. The location of the apartment is ideal - in a quiet residential area, less than ten minutes walk to restaurants and attractions.

That we had to leave Paros after only 6 days.

Location was fantastic. Nikolas was super helpful and picked us up at the ferry and dropped us at the airport. He had a lot of great advice. This is a super location in Parikia.

The location, the comfort of the apartment. Nicolas was super to work with. Answered all my questions beforehand. When we arrived he arranged transport for us even though it was walkable from the Port. Nicolas then sat down with me and a map of Paros that he had filled in with all the sights to see as well as many restaurants and bars recommendations. I would definitely recommend his apartment to anyone going to Paros.

What more can be said about Nicholas & his Downtown apartment. Nicholas is by far the most passionate, exciting host you will ever encounter. From the time we booked his apartment to the time we arrived he was so positive and helpful in offering suggestions for our time in Paros. Even though we had to wait a bit for our check in, Nicholas was in constant contact with us with suggestions to pass the time while we waited. He provided us with a map of Paros with all of the places he said we needed to visit and his best restaurant suggestions for each place. He even suggested and arranged a rental car for us which was the best idea and most personal way of seeing the entire island and Antiparos as well. None of them disappointed. From Parikia, to Naoussa, Lefkes to Pisa Livadi and even Antiparos, Nicholas was a very helpful host. Even giving us simple directions to the local grocery store and local bakery where we could get some traditional Greek breakfast items every morning. His apartment was perfect. It was like a home away from home with all the amenities needed for a great stay. He even provided laundry pods so we could wash some clothes. And a wonderful bottle of wine for us to enjoy. If you want a beautiful place to stay and a host with an abundance of personality, a genuine love for Paros and the desire to make your vacation one you wont ever forget, be sure to check with Nicholas. He is an absolute gem. He even sent us a message with places to visit and eat while we were in Athens. He is a Top Notch guy. Every review of him is 100% correct. You won't find a better host.

Ottima struttura, appartamento pulito, spazioso, dotato di ogni confort, perfetto per un gruppo di 6 persone, con il doppio bagno e la lavatrice che ovviamente fanno la differenza. Anche la pulizia giornaliera e’ stata molto apprezzata. Posizione perfetta, non distante da ristoranti, negozi e spiaggia. Un grazie speciale a Nikolas per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità sia nel venirci a prendere e riportarci al ferry con i bagagli che nel fornirci tutte le informazioni per girare l’isola. Ottimo rapporto qualita’ prezzo.

Nikolas the host was very kind. He picked us up from the ferry and carried all of our baggage up to the apartment for us. Helped to get us discounted quad bikes to ride around and gave lots of recommendations on where to go, eat and explore the island. I would definitely recommend!!

ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και μας βοήθησαν πολύ οι οδηγίες του για την περιήγηση στο νησί. το σπιτι μεγάλο, άνετο αν και υπήρχαν μικρές αστοχίες στη καθαριότητα.
