"Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig"

Im Zentrum, Strand-Nähe und inklusiver Parkplatz. Zimmer ist groß und hat genügend Platz. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Die Dusche ist für etwas stabilere Menschen zu eng. Das Badezimmer ist klein und hat kein Fenster. Der Abzug beseitigt leider nicht die Gerüche. Die Matratzen sind zu weich, man sinkt stark ein. Der Fernseher ist für den Abstand zum Bett leider auch etwas klein. Das Gebäude ist von außen nicht so schön und renovierungsbedürftig. Aber der Vermieter hat es da nicht einfach mit der Bürokratie.

"Good appartment close to attractions of Opatija."

Location very close to the attractions of Opatija (walking distance). Parking in front of the accommodation (with access card from property owner) and next to the bus-station (but no noise).

Personal view: fixed bed in livingroom: would have been better to have a sofa bed but, as said thats my personal opinion.
