An old Austrian villa is a cherry on top to the whole Opatija experience, very clean, free parking included

Nothing in particular, the terrace overlooks the backyard but this could not be improved by the owners

"Location, location"

Located near everything. Beds comfortable. The apartment was very clean.. Lots of kitchen utensils.

Would have been nice to have a small, comfortable sitting area. There is not much sunlight in rooms and on the terrace. I was surprised that there were no paper towels in the kitchen.
