Podobała mi się lokalizacja i przestrzeń.

Głownie nie podobał mi się stan techniczny obiektu i czystość, czego na zdjęciach nie widać.

Teimme itse aamiaiset ja nautimme ne terassilla. Ruokakaupat olivat lähellä. Asunto on kaunis ja kattoterassi ihana. Asunnolla oli vastassa Margherita ja hän oli avulias koko matkan ajan. Myös omistaja Chiara oli aktiivisesti yhteydessä. Suosittelemme tätä majapaikkaa lämpimästi.

Pidimme kaikesta, mikä liittyy asuntoon. Matka keskustaan oli pitkähkö

Rewelacyjny apartament, bardzo duża przestrzeń - idealny dla grupy 6-8 osób. Piękne , klimatyczne wnętrze - ogromny tatas- kawka i śniadanko na nim to czysta przyjemność 🥰W pobliżu znajduje się piekarnia , sklep spożywczy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Gorąco polecam 🥰😌

Lokalizacja idealna dla osób chcących zwiedzić Palermo. Blisko do sklepów, piekarni, cukierni. Sam lokal cudowny. Ogromny, zacieniony taras. A te obrazy... czuliśmy się jak w najlepszej galerii. Obcowanie ze sztuką od samego wejścia. Idealny dla dwóch rodzin.

wszystko było cudowne, jedynie co , to brakowało nam drugiego kompletu kluczy. Na tak duże mieszkanie, myślę, że dwa komplety kluczy byłoby idealnie.

The flat was absolutely spotless. Very spacious in deed and with many spaces to gather , if you are in a group, serval tables and living rooms to share together and socialized. The terrace is certainly the most beautiful of all , you can hear the kids from a near by nursery . The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and easy enough to find what you need. we prepare a couple of meals easily . The location was good , we only walk around 15 / 20 minutes through a wide boulevard to get to the city center and amaze you at every corner you turn. Easy walk and good way to digest before going to bed !!!!!. The host was very accommodating as we had a mixed up with our departure date . (issues on our side only )

If you have a light sleep , I recommend earplugs, there is not double glazing and Palermo sleeps late and wakes up early with motorcycles and lively people all over, but is Palermo , so you will find this every where in Sicily. As this was the first time I used the platform to book any accommodation and I failed to advise the host we will have a pet with us , thinking will not be needed as it was pet friendly , so I was informed at arrival that an additional cleaning fee will apply , initially was intended to be 25Eur per night , but some common sense prevailed and we were charged a total of 50Eur for the entire stay of 4 days .

Superbe expérience à Palerme au Cuba's Art House, un appartement proche du centre. Excellent accueil de Margharita d’une grande gentillesse, et très beau logement avec œuvres d’art et grande terrasse. Nous le recommandons vivement. Famille Boussin

We had an amazing time at Cuba's Art House — the apartment is gorgeous, the hosts are lovely. The apartment is conveniently close to grocery stores, a 30 min walk to the city and an easy drive to beaches! We'll definitely be back.
