Proprietario molto affabile e disponibile, pulizia, parcheggio privato sotterraneo e vicinanza alla ferrovia per poter visitare il centro senza spostarsi in auto

L’appartamento è bellissimo, tutto nuovo e tenuto benissimo. Pulito e servito di tutto. Gigantesco plus la terrazza enorme molto comoda e la lavanderia

The apartment and facilities met our expectations, we spent few comfortable days here. It is a pity, that because of the time of the year we couldn't enjoy the terrace, but it is obviously a real bliss during a warm season. Location of the apartment is unbeatable - either to go to Palermo with a train or to have a walk in reserve of Capo Gallo or to dine in any of great fish restaurants in Sferracavallo. Private parking in tbe garage under the building is a real bonus. The only drawbacks of the apartment were loud neighbors and broken blackout curtains in the bedroom (the ones in the balcony don't provide complete darkness in the room). Also we would have preferred at least a little oven instead of microwave. Otherwise, much recommended.

The location was very good. The host Dario was nice and helped with a lots of recommendations. We were able to park our car safely in the garage.

Dario is professional host which can offer plenty of tips how to make the most of the place. Most of the important things is offered to you through the Whatsup before you even think about it. Detailed descriptions what you can see in Palermo/Sferracavallo and how to access location is given which makes visit just easier. Close proximity of nice looking promenade with wide panoramic views and hiking opportunities offered by local hills. Palermo with it’s all attractions can be accessed very easy by train – cheap tickets = no need for car. Train stop is few steps away. Highly recommended. Thank you Dario.
