Great place with everything you need to spend a wonderful time. Perfect for two couples or family/friends. Good lacation and great service.

Pretty much everything. Ennio was an amazing host. Very friendly, extremely helpful and always responsive on messages. Apartment was immaculate, spacious and well equipped. Beds super comfy. Fantastic location. We would definitely return here and have recommended to family & friends if visiting Sicily. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for hosting us!

Good communication with the owner before and as we landed with details on how to get to the apt. Very thoughtful extras included in the apartment eg bottle of wine, plenty of tea & coffee, snacks, plenty of water, bathroom extras. comfortable beds and quiet and very well situated so we could walk everywhere. A nicely decorated light, bright & large apartment for 4.

Only the terrible wi-fi!

This property is exceptional and the host was very helpful and attentive. Every detail had been considered and provided for. Having two bathrooms was a definitive advantage. The location was also excellent.

We can't say enough about how enjoyable our stay was. We were very warmly greeted by our hosts Ennio and his wife Delia to explain all the details of the beautiful apartment. We were amazed with all the thoughtful amenities provided, from the beautiful fresh flowers on the table to the bottle of delicious Sicilian wine to celebrate our stay. We arrived on a Sunday and when we inquired where we could get staples for breakfast the next day, we were pleasantly surprised to find water and milk in the fridge as well a tasty selection of pastries and biscuits to get us thru several breakfasts had been provided. All the toiletries in the bathrooms, too many list, to were of excellent quality. It was a very cold week and as we are from Florida, Ennio and Delia always made sure we felt comfortable and warm. They were always very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. They always followed up to make sure we were doing well. We were made to feel this was our home away from home. The location is excellent within walking distance to all sights and very close to the famous Mercato del Capo where you can buy fresh local products to cook in the lovely well equiped kitchen, as well sample the amazing Sicilian street food. Located on very safe and quiet pedestrian street, in a very modern, impeccably clean and secure building with a roomy elevator, which is always a rarity in the Historic Center. The apartment is very bright and cheerful, with french doors and balconies in all the rooms to allow the golden Sicilian sun in. Our stay in Palermo was the highlight of our month long trip to Italy and Spain! We miss Logia dei Rei and hope to see Ennio and Delia again!

Our host Ennio was a delight from start to finish. He provided great information and advised on some superb locations to eat and have coffee throughout our stay (all via WhatsApp, so not intrusive at all). We would not haver enjoyed Palermo as much without all of Ennio's fantastic tips.

The apartment was wonderful and in an ideal location, close to the cathedral. The host was very attentive and gave us excellent instructions about the apartment's facilities and local points of interest. The apartment was very well stocked with a wide range of useful items and interesting travel guides and books. We enjoyed the views from the apartment and the lovely interior decorations, especially the marionettes.
