From the very first contact via WhatsApp, Francesco proved to be a wonderful and helpful host. The accommodation is clean and exactly as described. Yes, it’s on the third floor without an elevator — but honestly, who cares? It’s a charming house in a mountain village right in the heart of Monte Lattari. You can reach Naples and Amalifitana within one hour. We slept peacefully and comfortably. The soundproofing is good, and the shutters allow you to rest in complete darkness. The supermarket next door is convenient, making it easy to manage with the small breakfast. There are several good and affordable restaurants and pizzerias in the area, two of which (Il Boschetto and Del Sorbo) are within walking distance. All in all: excellent value for money!

The host was very very helpful, his brother / family gave me a ride the first day I was there to the start of a hike (sentiero degli dei) since they were already going that direction, and on my checkout day the host gave me a ride to Pompeii since it was on his way that day as well. Both for free! Very attentive and very kind, really made me feel at home and save some money on expensive taxis. The host also checked in with me throughout and made sure I was all good with everything throughout my stay, as well as giving me detailed instructions to help me get around myself via public transit throughout the day. The breakfast was some provided tea, coffee, and biscuits / jelly. The room had a great view of the hills nearby and a nice balcony, and the entire surrounding area with all the hills was gorgeous.

Not a fault of the property, but I had no cell service immediately outside the building. Getting around is also difficult without your own car, as public transportation is infrequent and hard to follow, taxis are expensive, and ubers are sometimes available but not very reliable, as well as only having Uber black in the region making them more expensive. Another reason I was so grateful for the host's kindness.

The location is perfect to explore the region, but it's on the hillside, so there's quite a lot of driving. What we missed: kettle, remote for the gate + the mattresses are too soft.

Lovely location and great views, parking off street is just great and nice facilities. Plenty restaurants near by and very close to the Amalfi coast by car. Host/owner could not be more helpful and would definitely stay again. Clean and all the equipment you would need for a holiday stay.
