- private parking 🅿️ - new apartment located in gated location, new building, felt safe - clean inside - good communication with host

- slow Internet (sometimes not working, weak signal) especially with no reception in the area (needs fix ASAP, with WIFI signal extenders) - No elevator, apartment located at third floor (hard to carry luggage)
