The room is nicely furnished. We didn't miss anything in the flat. The landlord gave us lots of tips for the city.

Not very spacious. Unfortunately, the windows only gave a view of machines in an inner courtyard, so you could hardly see the sky.

Loved the facilities, everything you needed, and everything worked.

Very noisy, early morning garbage truck across the street I collect garbage was very noisy!!

Good location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed.

Kitchen was not as described “fully equiped kitchen” but only a miniature kitchenette in a closet - ok for preparing breakfast but definetly not for cooking a proper meal.

The Appartment is basically at the Edge of the Old town of Palermo, 5min to Fontana Pretoria and 5min to the train station. Even though it's very central, it's very quiet at night and you can catch a good sleep. The Host Aurelio was also very helpful and kind. I recommend booking here.

Aurelio is really friendly and helpful, a lot of info for the accommodation and the city, easy contacts. Our host let us to come earlier and even check out later - tipical Cicilian hospitality! Clean and safe apartment. A bottle fo wine and sparkling water to welcome us, thanks! A step at via Maqueda with central historical sites, a lot local places to eat - try the near"Greek" taverna - an arabic-modern touch. Big bottle of water at the corner is only 1 euro. Great smell of blossoming orange trees!! Walking distance to the central bus/train stations.

Mosquito nets will be good idea. The last evening there wasn't hot water till the morning, if there was enough time we are sure Aurelio would solve the problem!

I recommend this apartment especially because of its location and cleanliness. Additionally, the host is very nice and helpful.

The location of the property is great, just 5 minutes of walking from the main train station. It is very close to the main tourist attractions (maximum of 20 min walks) and there is a nearby bus stop as well. You can also take the train to Cefalu from the main station nearby. The host, Aurelio, was very kind and attentive before and during the stay. The apartment has everything that you need from a stay in Palermo.

The kitchenet was small but it had everything you need. Coffee was a very good brand and very nice. There was some bottles of water in the fridge (which is very helpful and thoughtful of Aurelio). Aurelio was very helpful and always available to help. The best thing about this place was, even though we got too early to the place Aurelio was there to allow us to check in much earlier than any hotel would allow. Also when we check out he kept our luggage until afternoon before we go for our flight. The place is so central to everything which does not really happen in our trips. it is close to everything

Even though the place is so central. The area around the building could have been cleaner. (which obviously is not the owner of this place's fault).
