CASA VERDE di Giorgio 10 mins walk from Piraeus port

Great location. Arriving flight was delayed by more than an hour and still managed to comfortably check in @ 3AM. Thought it would be a problem, but property manager was more than accommodating for such early hours of the evening. Beyond greatdul! The place was clean and well kept. Would reccomend.. Cheers!

Perfect if you're going by ferry and want to be near the port. Very clean and modern, and the host is kind and helpful.

I stayed at Casa Verde di Giorgio for one night with my family to take the ferry to Crete the next day. The equipments were all new and I was able to cook diner for my kids very fast! The bed and pillow were all new and so comfortable. There was hot water, air conditioners, wifi, and everything else you need to feel relaxed.

The way how to find the key was a little bit challenging as we where very tired, with two kids and took us awhile to concentrate. It was like solving a mistery 😅 Also, a pair of flip flops would be nice to have.

Awful experience!!!!!!!! We were family with kids and non of us were sleeping that night because the flat is FULL with COCKROACHES 🪳!!!!!! Even in the bed!!!!!! And when you want to discuss it with the owner for the solution he is ignoring!!!!!!!!! We made a lot of pictures as evidence! It was visible that for longtime already as it was like army!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! The owner never apologized because seems he knew about this all!!!! We were contacting few times to solve the issue but Impossible to find agreement!!!!!!!

Full of cockroaches ! Hot water boiler not working = cold shower . Extremely old and worn out towels / very rough . 1 of 2 air conditioning units not functioning / service needed .
