CASA VERDE di Giorgio 10 mins walk from Piraeus port

In general the apartment is ok, with all services that you need. Nothing extra, nothing especial. Good price Owner accepted my request to enter earlier than check in hour

The fridge is full like in a hotel, with a list of prices, so you don’t have space for your things. If I book an apartment is to have different things than in a hotel, this was a unpleasant surprise. Internet could be better, depending what you need to do.

Location, value for money and size

Loud noises from neighbourhood (within the building and outside), apartment complex unappealing, lingering unpleasant smell in the apartment, questionable floor and pillowcase cleanliness (changed them ourselves), lack of hot water despite following instructions and lifts werent working in the morning when leaving for the ferry - meaning I had to carry ~50kg of baggage downstairs along with our baby.

Location has comfortable bed. The location is great. If you take a cab be sure you type the correct city

Roaches are on site. There is an elevator but you do have a flight of stairs. The place is one apartment in building full of doctor offices and some type of school. There are children in the halls below the room. People staring as you enter your room. Each patient is buzzed on one at a time directly across the hall from your room and in other parts of the building. No one is providing you a tour. You will get a ride to the room and this is it. For some reason the hot water will be turned off at the breaker box. If it’s cold on this day, it will take all day to warm up. Mugs were stuck to the cupboard to the point paint was lifted when picking up a mug. Taking a cab? Get the FREENOW App or you can end up paying double for a cab ride. For food use Wolt and eFood Here are the directions to Acropolis because there is no information book to tell you. 1. Walk to the nearest bus stop on Kountouriotou street. 2. Take bus line 040 towards Syntagma Square. 3. Get off at the Syntagma bus stop. 4. Walk to the Syntagma Metro Station. 5. At the Syntagma Metro Station, take the red line (Line 2) towards Elliniko. 6. Ride the metro until you reach the Akropoli station. 7. From the Akropoli station, it is a short walk to the Acropolis Museum. Follow the signs or ask for directions if needed. Please note that public transportation schedules and routes may vary, so it's always a good idea to check for any updates or changes before your journey. I was trusting that when the host asked where I wanted to go and said they would help they would be more accommodating. Even when I was lost and called from a bus stop far off course it was more like a “good luck with that vibe”. Maybe if they were more accommodating I would not complain about the roaches.

Perfect! We checked in at midnight. We could only spent 3 hours but felt cozy. The apartment was so close to the pireaus port, if you are looking for an cheaper option with good amenities, location, Perfect cozy place just go for it. Regards, Mrinmoyee India

Location, cleanliness, and comfort ; I felt very safe as I was traveling solo (security on the first floor). Giorgio not only responded to my questions almost immediately but most importantly, helped arrange transportation (door-to-door) for me from the airport to apartment and from apartment to cruise ship terminal.
