Mitten in Sevilla aber dennoch ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug über eine schmale und relativ steile Treppe zu erreichen. Es gibt eine schattige Dachterrasse. Leider sind die Stühle etwas unbequem, aber zum Essen ist es ok. Die Küche hatte alles was wir benötigten. Rings herum viele Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants, die uns gut gefallen haben. Die Unterkunft kann sehr gut mit dem Flughafenbus erreicht werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war sehr gut.

Es gibt wenig Platz für Gepäck. Wir waren nur zu zweit und konnten daher das Wohnzimmer nutzen um die Koffer aufzuklappen. Das Schlafzimmer ist dafür zu eng. Bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen kann es da Platzprobleme geben. Die Badezimmertüre ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, was nicht für jeden geeignet ist.

It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated in Spanish style. It was in a great location…close to everything with lots of little bars an eateries close by. Eva was always very prompt and helpful

La ubicación es muy buena y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

Es apartamento es, por decirlo de alguna manera, particular. La zona del "comedor" no tiene ninguna intimidad, las cortinas son escasas o están mal planteadas. La terraza se ve mucho más deteriorada que en las fotos. La habitación principal es apretada. La cocina y el baño están bastante bien, aunque la distribución del segundo también resulta extraña. Las escaleras se aprietan según subes. En definitiva: al final, te adaptas, pero la realidad no cumple las expectativas de las fotos.

Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen etwas zu klein. Mit mehr Gepäck wird es schwierig (Stauraum, v.a. Kasten!)

I enjoyed everything I was travelling alone and the location felt safe and the hosts were amazing, even when I accidently locked myself in. haha. I couldn't fault their response times or anything really. I will always treasure my time in Seville and the apartment was an amazing bonus especially during Santa Semana as I was right in the middle of things.

Weak wifi. Water not draining well in the shower. Too few caps, spoons etc.

The bathroom smelled very bad. To my opinion there was no siphon between the sewery and the drain of the shower. We mentioned it to the host and she brought an air refresher. That was very kind but the bad smell was still there and is not an healthy situation.
