It was an excellent location , beautiful building , spacious apartment and very quiet

There was nothing I disliked

It was located on the ground what was wonderful traveling with trolleys. Situated close to the most important attractions. Plenty of bars and shops nearby.

De host was heel vriendelijk, was goed bereikbaar en stond altijd voor ons klaar

Great location and apartment in a fabulous building with excellent bars and restaurants nearby - and a relatively short walk to the sites/attractions.

José was een hele vriendelijke host die goed bereikbaar was en fijn met ons meedacht. Het apartement is extreem ruim en schoon. Een goede basis voor een bezoek aan Sevilla.

Enig minpuntje is dat het bed redelijk hard was (naar onze mening).

Apartamento amplio y muy cómodo. Lo que más me sorprendió es que aunque está en una avenida principal del centro, el apartamento era muy tranquilo. Está muy cerca de todo y el edificio, una antigua casa sevillana, nos encantó.

Very nice clean accommodation: spotless clean. Nice friendly helpful owner. The apartment is located very central. Although on a very busy road, the situation in the rear of the building made it very quiet. This said: there is no outside window. Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen are around the entrance/staircase hall. The windows gave out into this hall. There is small patio, but as this is semi roofed there is no air. The kitchen is very well equipped. We found more cutlery in the dishwasher, cutlery drawer which was a bonus. The cleaning team had obviously forgotten to empty. We switched on the dishwasher upon our departure. This nice clean place we recommend in view of the very good location.

Because the small patio is semi roofed the voices of the upstairs echoed down very loudly. Luckily not at night! It was really a shame that the owner did not remind the other guests of the no-smoking rule. Very unpleasant smell of smoke remained in the patio.
