Recaredo Apartments

Location was on a busy street but close to all the attractions, nice& helpful host:)

Unfortunately the apartment was very noisy. The Center courtyard in the apartment was separated by a single glass oane and we could hear everything& everyone in the apartment. The second night a drunken guest came home at 4am and one could clearly hear all the unpleasant& loud noises! T try he Apartment has no elevator but the host was kind enough to help us with our luggage:)

The location was very good. The property was very spacious and would suit four people. Amazing paintings and decoration. Very olde world. The host was very helpful and was keen to assist. Wifi good and really quiet.

There was a lack of amenities including no tea towels, laundry tablets, coffee pods, etc. The apartment is in an old building and had a few issues such as no hot water in the kitchen and limited hot water for the shower.

Location is very convenient for main sights, local tapas bars and restaurants, mini supermarkets, grabbing a taxi, etc. The apartment is spacious with elegant decor and the different areas worked well for our group. Terrace was great for mornings and evenings as a group. Sound proofing very good . Jose communicated clear instructions and was very helpful when on site too.

Bathroom doors were a bit squeeky/ noisy

super location and extremely spacious and airy apartment with good all round facilities. Although on a main road very quiet when you close the shutters. only 1 flight of stairs to apartment so manageable and very tight security with door code and keys.

The apartment is really nice furnished, it's spacious, enough room for everyone to sit, enough room to also have some privacy. Perfectly located. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A well English speaking owner who is mostly around when needed, though never violating your privacy. We probably all would come back here if we ever visit Sevilla again.

I have to think hard about anything negative. Maybe just the fact that there is only one key for a group of six. If you don't go out together, others have to go down with you to open the door.

Recaredo Apartments is a gem of a find. it is a luxurious apartment which was very comfortable and our host José was most accommodating. we were walking distance to all attractions and had restaurants and minimarts across the streets. we felt we were spoiled staying in such a fine establishment! Thank you José for sharing your home.
