Appartement en très bon état, propre, contient le nécessaires pour un séjour de 2 jours. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, le calme et l'accueil du hôte, José a partagé avec nous des bons plans et toutes les informations nécessaires qui nous a aidé pour mieux visiter seville, merci José.

We had everything we needed - coffee machine, hair dryer, blankets, mugs, plates and pans. We cooked our breakfast every morning- there is an ALDI nearby. The place is clean, quite, close to some good restaurants, close to the center of Seville. The owner give us some information about what is worth seeing and what not. Also we were able to check in a bit earlier than usual, which was much appreciated.

Great host who speaks exellently German. Very nice velcome gift: apples, wather and Spanish cookies. Comfortable bead. There is everything you may need in the appartment. In the walking distance to all attractions.

The apartament is situated in Triana, likely 30 minutes walking to the center of Seville. Very quiet neighbourhood and clean. The apartament itself offers all the needs, very confy bed, AC, a small TV, a cozy couch, a kitchen that is full with everything you need, and the bathroom with shower. We stayed for 4 nights and we really came back very relaxed. Ah, I almost forget about Jose, he is very helpful and paying attention to all details and needs, he met us in front of the apartment and he have us some tips and tricks about Seville. I really recomend this apartament and I will come back for sure again at the same location.

We arrived early and had contacted the owner to see if we could drop off our cases. He was very accommodating, met us at the property and took our bags in for us. The location is good, just a short bus journey to the town but there are also bars, shops and supermarket very close by. Buses are frequent and easy to use. If you are staying for a number of days and intend to use the bus a lot it is well worth buying a multi use rechargeable card as this works out a lot cheaper..

Quiet area.

Jose was a very kind host. He was helpful and explained us everything we needed to know. The appartment is small but has everything you'll probably need. It's located in Triana, which is a quiet area not far from Seville center (it took us 20 min to get there from the appartment by bus). It was excellent value for money.

Not really much to point out on the negative side.

Great owner who greeted us and made us feel welcome, location we liked, some might find a little way out but its a great area and walkable to most places.

Toilet is under a stairs so you have to think like a Hobbit, but thats OK
