We met the owner in front of the building; he showed aus a place to park our rental car and then showed us the apartment. It had all what we needed, even a washing machine. The location was wonderful - very quiet neighbourhood but only some minutes by foot from a very nice area in Triana. We did all by foot in Sevilla.

Since the apartment is on the ground floor it was a little damp as already other people wrote. That's not the owners fault, but as we whashed our clothes they hardly got dry.

The location was in a beautiful old building in the suburbs of Seville, in the Triana district. Although there were people around the room was quiet, and parking outside was a bonus. Very near shopping and eating areas of Seville, loved walking down to the river in the evenings to soak in the friendly social atmosphere that is Seville. THanks for the umbrellas, they came in handy.

The bed was a little soft for us, but that's personal choice. It is an advantage to have a car if you want to travel outside the city of Seville, otherwise you can walk everywhere!

I loved the pillows! The house was very quiet. Wifi worked very well and television as well.

perfect location! quiet, well equipped, Jose communicated well! I liked the welcome when I arrived, the bottle of wine, apples made a big difference!

lack of natural light, as most of the property windows are inside of the building! but not a big deal as I was out all day!

Very nice apartment close to the city center, safe and silent at night, lots of good restaurants in the close neighborhood

Parking is difficult, we managed to find a spot nearby but streets are almost always full
