The black mould on the walls, claw marks on the walls, dirty wall, vents, wires hanging off walls. Fire alarm hanging off ceiling not working, smelt damp and of dogs. A static caravan is not an apartment. The photographs on the website do not reflect the property. It was not fit to be stayed in.

Really homely apartment , garden outside and our children loved playing with the host’s children , we got to see the horses and it was in a great location , apartment had everything we needed and it was so clean , the hosts were warm and welcoming, we will be back !

prefect location in the countryside but only a short drive to waterford city, it was spotless when we arrived and were met by three adorable dogs, just remember it is over a working stable so you have the sound of the horses for company

i don't think anything could have been better we were all very happy with this rental

"This is a fantastic place to stay , so comfortable friendly and unique, I can’t praise it enough."

Host was there and on hand if we needed yet gave the privacy of a holiday home, our children were welcomed to use garden and facilities of host.

We loved every aspect of our stay and the stable with horses and friendly dogs was an added bonus

"Nice little few days away with family"

I liked that the host had left use a starter pack for when we arrived I liked that there was a garden for my little girl and there was a kitchen that j could cook for her and myself and my partner when every I wanted and if my little girl wanted her own space she could go to the other telly room and it was great that it had two bathrooms so waiting to go toilet or to have a shower

Couldn't think of anything other than horses as I have a big fear of them once I didn't see them I was fine

Can’t speak highly enough of the host and her wonderful friendly children who welcomed us and shared their toys with our kids. Accommodation was spotless with everything we needed and the setting was beautiful. Very safe and quiet location
