Starhost - CHEZ MAMIE

Apartment is large for Italy with high ceilings and nice windows. Apartment looks like the photos. it was well stocked with supplies very clean. Contact was very responsive and helpful. Nice location just above the old town and a short walk to the waterfront.

Great apt situated just a short walk from a small beach, close to shops and cozy neighbourhood.

Not a great bed, and a good cleaning would be in order. Also, the hosts ask of you to help with correct disposal of garbage, not just sorting it, but getting it to the right containers on the street at the right days... Not something I prefer to be reminded of on holidays...

The rooms were big and spacious. It was very helpful to have a washing machine. Good location.

The mattress and pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Quite a big and comfortable apartment! Clean, tidy with all the necessary amenities. 10/10. The location is close to the old town and the center of Salerno. The host is correct and responsible.

Francesca, our host was very friendly and helpful and always responded promptly. The apartment is located within walking distance of the old town, train station and ferry port. Beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment. We took both units for 7 people so it became one huge apartment.

The location was great - you could get anywhere easily. Restaurants, bars and the port / train station in walking distance. Check-in was easy as well. The apartment is also quite well equipped and spacious. The communication with Starhost was relatively easy, except for one occation where we had to chase to receive a reply. However, usually they replied instantly.

I think the cleanliness could be improved and the shower was clogged upon arrival. This was fixed within 3 days though.

We liked Many things. You can open the windows for a nice breeze. Location was great. Close to many great areas including ports. Air conditioning was good. Bed was comfy. It’s an old building in the heart of a neighborhood. Neighborhood grocery stores and restaurants near by. We loved it.

We reserved this home to have a kitchen to cook several meals. The kitchen has a lot of normal things, but isn’t fully equipped for cooking. If that’s not important to you, then it has the normal comforts.
