Penrith Retreats

Views were splendid, communication was excellent - friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay, would stay again.

Property was clean and the kitchen had sufficient equipment for a few days. Rural location pleasant and instructions on how to find it were good. “person-free” check-in process worked well.

(Eden) sofa (sofa bed) impossible to be comfortable for sitting. Shower was bordering on dangerous, constantly going from cold to boiling hot and back again in an instant, and because of its size and large shower head, nowhere to escape without getting out. Externally, the property looks a bit of a mess and on part of a seemingly mothballed building site, and the car park is a bit of a trek to get to.

The property was well equipped with everything that we needed. It was clean and tidy as well!

There is nothing that I could fault with the accommodation the only thing that I think could make the property more appealing would be to have a seating area and possibly a small play area for children. The weather was amazing during our stay but we couldn’t sit as relax and enjoy it while we were there on an evening due to no area to do this.

Squeaky doors

It was a spacious apartment and the views were lovely. It was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed looking around Penrith and walks around Ullswater.

Didn't realise the accommodation was on the first floor. The apartment was overlooked by the road into Penrith and the bed was in the main living area which wasn't ideal. The extraction fan in the bathroom was very noisy.
