Important information about your stay 💳 Security deposit: As part of the reservation, an online pre-authorization is required to cover possible damages. No charges or holds are placed on the deposit. We never ask for bank details over the phone. 🕓 Check-in: From 4:00 PM 🕚 Check-out: Until 11:00 AM ⚠️ Late checkouts without prior notice may incur an additional charge. ✅ Mandatory online check-in: By law, we must register all guests. You will receive a secure link before arrival. ⚠️ Without complete registration, you will not be allowed access to the accommodations. 🏡 Tourist apartment: We do not offer hotel services. Additional cleaning or extra services are available upon request. 🐾 Pets: Upon request. Up to 20 kg. Supplement between €8 and €20/night. ⚠️ Failure to inform the pet or leaving it alone will result in a penalty. 🔇 Rules: Parties, loud music, and disturbing other guests are prohibited. Breakdown time: 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM No smoking in the apartment. Do not leave clothes hanging on balconies (historic center regulations). Do not leave trash or dirty utensils when you leave. 🔐 Safety and sustainability: Close the front door securely. Turn off the air conditioning/heating when you leave. Common areas have security cameras. The tap water is drinkable. 🚫 Unauthorized guests: Guests not included in the reservation are not permitted.
