Great location close to Setas with a Lot of Restaurants around and grocery shop just downstairs. Even tho its in the centre, its quiet at night.

The appartment needs some maintenance and better bed. The photos look like they have been taken just after it has been furnished and a Lot of time has passed. Also we got half a roll of toilet paper for our 4 day stay and the cleaning lady after asking for it said she doesnt speak english 😅.

- Location - Coffee machine - Ironing - Roof terrace - Definitely the double glazed windows, The streets are so noisy but once you close those windows..... Peace and Quiet - ;

- terrace can do with a lick of paint to bring it back to Life, very nice little cosy place to hangout.

Amazing location, we weren’t bothered by sounds from outside. The room was spacious enough for three people

The room had a bad smell of the sewers. When AC was turned on, it bothered us less. The twin bed was rather small

Great location, the staff were quick to respond via email, the property was clean and tidy and would have got a better rating if there was some attention to detail e.g. lack of lighting for the 1st set of stairs (3 x sets to get to out apartment on the 2nd floor) - this is particularly important for older customers who may have sight issues.

The check-in was via online link which requested personal details including passport number etc. I had already emailed and phoned the hosts (Manuel) BEFORE leaving UK, and explained that I was not happy giving my personal details over the internet especially after having fraudulent contact with 2 No. bookings with Booking.com in the past!! It had been agreed that we would be met by a member of staff at the apartment to do a face to face check-in but was not followed up on the day of arrival. After a few phone calls, we were let into our apartment by the cleaner, a nice lady who did her best to help us. Eventually, Victoria ( another very pleasant young lady) came to the apartment and took our details for checking-in purposes. In my view both Booking.com and the Apartment Company failed to make it clear at the outset that there would be NO Meet and Greet, and you have to give personal information via a link to check-in online, Only after completing this process, are you given instructions on how to retrieve the keys. Had we known this at the booking stage, we would have chosen another apartment or hotel.

Location is good.

The host was kind enough to let us put our bags in the apartment 2hrs prior to check in, however upon arriving at the apartment 30 mins past check in time, the apartment still was not cleaned with the mess that was left from the prior tenants. We therefore weren’t allowed to have access to the place we booked until an hour after check in. Not only that but upon telling the host about the situation, he was extremely disrespectful and showed absolutely no concern about the issue and got defensive that we had complained to customer service. We never got any form of compensation or even an apology for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service from this host. And the bathroom smells like sewage. It was so horrible and we had to sleep with the bathroom door shut up as the smell travelled through the apartment.

No elevator so if you have luggage like I had. You have to carry it in a narrow staircase up and down two floors. Also you can’t sleep in late, the street wakes up early and it gets loud with pedestrians early
