Appartement très propre spacieux pour une personne. Bien situé dans un quartier animé avec beaucoup de boutiques, de restaurants et à quelques pas des lieux touristiques. Possibilité de se rendre à pied facilement dans le centre-ville.

L'appartamento di Eva si trova in una posizione centralissima e tutto può essere raggiunto facilmente a piedi. L'appartamento era molto pulito e questo ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. È dotato di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. Inoltre, erano presenti olio, aceto e sale così come caffè e zucchero, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo e che non è per niente scontata. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto ed è tutto perfettamente funzionante. C'è anche una lavatrice e abbiamo potuto fare il bucato potendo così preparare le nostre valigie con gli abiti profumati e in ordine. Anche se non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente Eva, lei è stata sempre disponibile e gentile ad aiutarci se avevamo delle domande. Ci siamo innamorati di Siviglia e ci piacerebbe tornare. Quando lo faremo, vorremmo soggiornare ancora in questo bell'appartamento! Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole visitare Siviglia!

I don't know why it is called a loft while I was given an apartment on the first floor after I checked in. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is very noisy. The bed is unstable. In the early morning of my check out day, two men (supposedly maintainece workers) opened the door of our apartment without any warning, while my husband and I were still in bed. It was so disturbing and unpleasant!

Location in the center with closed windows is ok but when you open you hear everything. I can’t imagine this in the summer

This accommodation is not worth this price level not even half of it. Room is small, cheap and old furniture and equipment and the apartment was used and dirty. We complained from the first day and the owner did not care even when we send her photos of dirty apartment and fungus all over the bathroom. We paid 4 nights but left after 2 nights and flew home. Zero sense for compensation or any offer to give some discount or money back!
