Fabio, the host, was superbly friendly and kind. The apartment is very well equipped, kitchen has most of the utensils that you will need. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. It is located on the quiet street. Grocery stores and bus stop nearby. Not very close to the main attractions, but still, within walking distance. Fast Wi-fi. We would definitely stay there again.

It didn’t bother us, but if someone is tall (185cm+) the bed might be a bit too short. Perhaps the kitchen might have a stronger light bulbs.

It’s so unique, and maintained with care. The owner was extremely helpful.

An absolute gem in a great pedestrian only location slightly out of the busiest city areas of Sevilla. The apartment with terrace offers a beautiful outside space to regroup with all the main attractions a walkable distance (if you've got practical footwear and are up for some lengthy strolls with plenty of tapas bars along the way) or easily accessible by short public transport options. There are of bars and eateries really nearby in great spots in plazas under historic buildings.The neighborhood vibe is friendly and lively earlier which does allow for a great night's sleep so it's a definite win-win! Remember 'early' is midnight and later is still reasonably close!

There was nothing I did not like about the apartment it was calm and relaxing with everything we needed

Fabio was the most attentive host I have ever met. Very smiley and supportive. Location is superb, in inner old city, close to everywhere. Room is big with lovely terrace. Fabio put cookies with teapot, water and juice in the fridge. It was very caring and sweet. We checked out, but had several hours till train, Fabio allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel. We'll definitely come back one day :)

The location (in the old town of the city) and the size of the flat. It is spacious and there are many restaurants close to the place. Also, the host was great. Very kind and attentive.

It was sometimes a bit loud in the morning from the noise and people outside the flat.

Fabio was an amazing host, gave us great recommendations and was super friendly. The accomodation had everything we needed and was very clean, walking distance to all the sights and in a nice neighborhood. The balcony was spectacular and we loved drinking the provides coffee in the morning there. One of our best stays ever and would love to come back.
