Very comfortable and super clean apartment in a good location for seeing what we wanted to see. Good public transport very close by. Loved the decor! Neighbourhood is very quiet at night. Fabio is a super helpful host who met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and was available if we needed anything. He also gave us directions to the performances and attractions we had booked, and tips about nice places to eat at sunset by the river. There were facilities for cooking our own meals too, which we really appreciated, and a great drying rack.

A really lovely, comfortable and homely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance to the historic town of Sevilla. Fabio is a great host, very friendly and welcoming and gave us some good suggestions for local attractions and activities. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice and cosy place to stay, we felt welcome. The location is is perfect. The terrace is super. Fabio is a great host,friendly and helpful. It was really home away from home!

Nothing - Niets

Communication was great from the start and throughout our stay. The property was clean and in a convenient location to walk into the city. The host Fabio was accommodating, helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go as well as some local information that you wouldn’t otherwise hear about i.e. a local Flamenco evening and an antiques market. The apartment was functional to allow you to cook a basic meal. Fabio kindly stored our bags for us on our last day as we had a later flight.

Lack of light within the property and not being able to sit outside the apartment (which we knew prior to booking).

Everything was just perfect. Fabio is really a great host, all the other comments are real. :) The location was also great, we liked that it was not so central (and therefore quieter), but still walking distance from everything worth seeing. The apartment has everything that one could need, we really enjoyed it.
