Fabio is a fabulous host. He sat and shared tips on getting around and his local favourites. Everything in the apartment was clean and cheerful. We especially loved the dining nook with skylight. The location is close to the bus stop so getting here from the train station was easy. The street has no cars, so it is quiet at night. When in Seville again, we will happily stay with Fabio again.

The apartment was cute, clean and comfortable with quirky decor that we liked. The location was very good just inside the old wall and near to taxi and bus stops. A shop and cafe on the corner and a short walk to an avenue of restaurants. The bedroom was right on the narrow alley but was not noisy. The hot water did run out so quicker showers or wait a bit between for 2 people. Fabio met us and explained everything we needed to know and things to do and see. Remember to prebook your Alcazar tickets. We missed out!

Seville is quite spread out so you need to use transport of some kind to see all the sights. Not really a problem but good to be aware.

Great location - quiet side street, everything you need is nearby, close to the center - walk about 20-25 minutes, if someone needs - a bus stop is nearby. The apartment is comfortable and very atmospheric, equipped with everything necessary, very clean and well-kept. Fabio is a great host, very helpful and concerned about the comfort of his guests. Next time in Sevilla I will definitely want to stay here too :)

Fabio was very welcoming host. He helped and showed us the places to visit in Seville. The apartment was clean, a nice warm shower, comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. A safe walking city to historical buildings, parks and walking paths along the river.

Fabio is a great, knowledgeable host. The location was great for cafes, bars & supermercado. Plus easy bus ride to main part of Seville. There’s a washing machine, Moka coffee maker🙏, great shower.

The ground floor apartment. Would be great in summer. However it weather was wet and the apartment is a bit dark. There is a light well which helped a little.

The accommodation is in the old city of the Sevilla (behind the wall). However, there is 30 minutes ride by bus or 45 minutes walk if you want to go to the Plaza del Espana or Alcazar.

There is a small smell coming from the bathroom, it is probably from the sewer system. It was very strong especially the first day.
