Sítio com uma vista sobre o rio muito bonito, quarto espaçoso, cozinha que deu para fazer uma refeição

Só um pormenor que nada afecta a estadia mas que penso que pode ser resolvido, as portas do quarto serem metálicas das dá um aspecto pouco sóbrio

Eén van de weinige accomodaties in Pinhão die betaalbaar zijn. Mooi uitzicht vanop het terras.

Alles was en rook vochtig. Ook het beddengoed was precies nog nat. Ook was er heel veel schimmel in het raamkozijn en dat bleef je ruiken.

Beautiful location and good value for money. Well appointed apartment and spacious within. Great view when sitting outside although limited view inside.

The check in was a bit 'last minute' and indifferent. There was no communication that I recall on the day in the time leading up to arrival time. The apartment is quite dark inside during the day and felt damp and could probably do with a dehumidifier. Shower environs seemed to get wet quickly, seal leak and shower could do with a slip mat.

Kitchen was barely stocked, not even salt, very little cooking oil. Well stocked for pots, pans, cutlery. Mattress felt well-worn, foam and with indentations. Lots of stairs to get from the train station to the property. Not easy with a suitcase if you're walking.

The apartment had wonderful views over the river from the shared balcony The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean. Lots of utensils in the kitchen, which can be shut off from the bedroom. Beautiful town.

Not a big deal but the balcony is shared with the second apartment. It is up a steep hill with cobbled pavements so hard with a large suitcase on wheels. I recommend.to get a taxi from the station or ask at the main Douro tours office if they can drive you.

We were early for check-in, so the Travel agency happily kept our bags until that time. They then drove us to our lodging (on a hill above the city) and showed us the apartment. They did recommend a set of stairs that took us down to the main street without having to wind down the road which was very helpful and convenient. The studio itself was comfortable as was the bed.

It was fine overall. They did provide a drop off to the apartment, but not a pick up...so luggage needed to be carried down to the train station as taxi/BOLT is virtually unavailable.
