Alojamento Dos Santos - Pinhão

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent view of the valley from the shared balcony. We sat and ate on the balcony and chatted with the neighbours in the other apartment. We took advantage of the discount offered for the tour company and booked the all day boat ride and two wineries tour. It was an amazing day and a great value.

Should have a combination lock box for the keys. There is no need waiting for a person to give you keys.

This was a great location with wonderful views of the river & valley . The apartment was roomy & having a kitchen was perfect . We grabbed some supplies from town & made a lovely dinner sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The bed was also very comfortable.

The escape light over the door was very bright & lit up the room once all lights were turned off.

Die Kommunikation war eine Katastrophe. So was unprofessionelles. Stromausfall kann passieren, gar kein Problem. Aber sich dan Stunden lang nicht melden. Unsere Nachbarn wollten einchecken und niemand war zu erreichen bis 22.00 Uhr abends. Und auch wieder Stromausfall. Hat viel Energie gekostet. Und die Unterkunft riecht sehr muffig .

The power went out in the morning and the automatic air deodoriser was too strong and noisy.

Location and view were great. Hosts always available and very helpful.

Très bel emplacement. Grand, beaucoup d’espace. Endroit tranquille.

There were limited facilities in the kitchen, only one cereal/dessert bowl. The hob took ages to heat up. For those with limited ability, it is important to note that there is a steep driveway and steps to the apartment.
