La posizione vicino al centro, l' appartamento accogliente e pulito

The apartament is pretty well situated close to the historic center of Seville.

The owner asked for personal details like ID number to be given through WhatsApp which seems unsafe. All of the other apartament do it either in person or through a check in site. When we asked for a parking recommendation the owner gave as an expensive parking garage, where the guard will make you give your keys to him in order to leave the car. We found a cheaper parking with no such requirements. All of the communication was in Spanish, the owner doesn’t speak English, or doesn’t even bother to try. In the apartament, all of the dishes were dirty. The towels had stains on them. The bedsheets for the sofa were incomplete. The sofa itself was really uncomfortable to sleep on. There were no basic accessories in the apartament such as a paper towel, coffee/tea, or any bathroom cosmetics, which was given in all of the other (much cheaper) apartaments that we stayed in during our trip in Andalusia. There were also some bugs in the room, but the bedsheets themselves seemed to be clear of them. Die to fountain next to the windows it was pretty noisy at night. In general, I would not recommend this apartament, it was the worst out of 5 apartaments we stayed in during our trip in Andalusia.

Estaba muy sucio, tuve que barrer el suelo, daba pena y asco pisar, estaba todo lleno de pelos, la escoba estaba sucísima , el recogedor daba un asco tremendo, los armarios de la cocina estaban llenos de huellas de dedos y pegajosos, mandé fotos al personal del alojamiento y ni unas disculpas ni nada…

La ubicación y la limpieza.

Me engañaron totalmente con el parking lo deje reservado con antelación el dia de llegada a la ubicación, contate con ellos y me dijeron que no esta disponible por mantenimiento. Avisándome 2 horas antes de llegar, compruebo el estado de la puerta y el acta de juntas y lleva unos 4 años sin usarse. Considero que es publicidad engañosa.

Qué estaba prácticamente nuevo y que no está muy lejos del centro.

Qué no estaba muy limpio y olían un poco las tuberías.

nie było gdzie postawić auta, pomimo, że rezerwując pokój była zaznaczona możliwość rezerwacji miejsca parkingowego, gospodarz nie pomógł znaleźć miejsca parkingowego; brak suszarki do naczyń przy braku zmywarki, brak balkonu
