Apartamento San Julian

The appartement is comfortable. The parking is near the house.

We had to wait for 1.30 for chekin and we waited for the appartement cleaning.

Was it clean.

Location is really bad, and not a good area.

Located in heart of Sevilla old town, 20 minutes walk away from town centre and cathedral

Car park in Sevilla is a nightmare, especially close to town, but there is plenty of 24 hrs car parking facilities around the accommodation

-location was good, Close to city centre -fairly clean -apartment was rather big -air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room

-the worst thing were literal bugs in bedrooms and living room, I add a pic of that -no hot water, we switched it on but it was lukewarm so taking a shower was awful (I contacted the owner but he didn’t respond to that) -apartment was facing patio, so it was very dark (if you opened the blinds, everyone would see the apartment from the patio) -it was very cold there and the air conditioning was working slowly -it was loud there, we could hear the water from the fountain and neighbours who were so loud they would wake us up at night -we got stained towels (pic added) -in the offer it is said that the owner speaks English but even though I texted him in English he would constantly text me in Spanish, I told him three times I don’t speak Spanish but sometimes he still responded in Spanish so the communication was sometimes hard

An excellent place for all travelers who like to explore the city center on foot. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, we slept well. If we go to Seville again, we will check the availability of this apartment as a priority.

This is my first stay in Sevilla. The location of the facility is very convenient and good for exploring the beautiful city. Contact with the host was only via WhatsApp chat, but he responded quickly. Very good instructions for collecting the keys. The place itself corresponds to the description. I definitely recommend it

We were missing a kettle. Cooking tea was possible by boiling water in a pot. But this minor inconvenience did not affect our positive assessment of the facility as a whole

Bed sheets weren’t clean, specially the duvets. We asked for more clean bed sheets, they agreed a time with us, showed up only one hour and half later and with only half of the bed sheets requested
