La ubicación es ideal porque se tiene todos los monumentos muy cerca. La estación de tren a 10 minutos y, también, la parada del bus shuttle que conecta con el aeropuerto. Un supermercado Lidl a unos 8 minutos. La cocina dispone de todo y el fuego de los hornillos se enciende fácil, apretando salta la chispa. Dispone de lavadora y lavavajillas. Calefacción en toda la estancia, regulable. La presión del agua en Palermo es muy baja y necesitan de un motor para elevarla que emite ruido, el responsable te informa de cómo apagarlo por la noche para que no interfiera en el sueño. Nada de bullicio en la calle.
