Great location. Very quiet at night and comfortable bed.

Unfortunately for us the boiler was faulty and we had no hot water the first day but it was fixed very quickly. The shower upstairs could do with an upgrade 😊 International TV channels or Netflix would have been nice.

Central location. Heating. Good kitchen facilities. Well appointed property

The cooker hood was 200mm too low, I kept bumping my head. Poor quality toilet paper. Mattress was very hard. Poor quality towels.

E stato un soggiorno fantastico . Posizione centrale , tutto ragiungibile a piedi. Appartamento pulitissimo , camere confortevoli e dotate di aria condizionata . Grande disponibilita e interesse dello staff . Grazie ancora a Nazareth . Ci torneremo sicuramente

Un appartement très bien situé près de tous les sites d'intérêt, propre et très bien équipé. Une communication très facile avec les hôtes (remise des clefs, recommandations..) Si nous revenons à Séville nous réserverons cet appartement les yeux fermés.

The apartment had no soundproofing at all and although the staff kept saying they were sorry ,nothing was ever fixed and the service and compensation system were extremely poor compared to the distress I experienced. I booked for 3 nights but I had to move to another hotel for the final night .I stayed No 4 but I couldn’t sleep well . There was no hot water,and the soundproofing was so poor that voices,even yawning,from the neighbouring apartment were clearly audible. This created a strong sense of fear and insecurity as thought another man was present in the apartment . I was scared .it happened second day . On the first night I was undressed to take a shower and waited in the shower room for over 10 min but there was no hot water and soap holder fell,making a loud noise and the bathroom tiles were covered in mould as you see the photo. I reported the issue and I was told it would be fixed the next day so I decided to stay one more night .However the exact same problem occurred again following day . I was moved to another hotel on the third day. They said There was a note stating that hot water might not be available. But I couldn’t see it .I requested a full refund for my booking but they only offered one night .they show no remorse whatsoever for the mental distress I endured .They don’t care To be honest , I am a genius level 3 member of booking .com and this is the first time I have ever left a negative review or filed a complaint The level of distress and fear I experienced during this stay was overwhelming,and I don’t know where or how I am supposed to be compensated for it Even now , I can still remember the man’s voice and yawning it has stayed with me . I highly don’t recommend this apartment Their after service was highly irresponsible. *Can’t add video

Lage hervorragend, Sauberkeit, ruhige Lage was den Verkehrslärm betrifft.Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas hellhörig.Unterkunft für max.3 Personen geeignet.

Um den Müll zu entsorgen,muss man öffentliche Mülltonnen aufsuchen.Nicht überall gibt es zum Müll trennen,die passenden Müllcontainer.Schön wäre es,wenn die Information vorhanden wäre,in welcher Straße sich welche Müllcontainer befinden.Im Plan sind zwar Mülltonnen eingetragen,es ist aber nicht ersichtlich,für welchen Müll.Wir mussten lange suchen.
