Apartamento San Clemente

The location was outstanding! The apartment is tucked away in a historic district of town and is so charming. It was also very close to all of the attractions. We visited a local smoothie/Acai bowl restaurant which was a 5 min walk. The apartment was super comfortable, quiet , and exactly what we needed.

Apartment is sold at a very fair price, but could achieve a higher rate with a few modifications. Air con was not working the the main area so due the time of year and the wet weather the apartment was cold (bedrooms worked fine)

We stayed in a very safe neighborhood, within walking distance to the old town and everything. The communication with the host was great. Additionally, we absolutely loved Seville.

I just love the place. My favorite stay for the 4th time. Moderate size apartment with everything you need for max 6 people. Perfect location close to the historical centre. Lovely landlords which are very helpful when needed.

Really nice, well equipped apartment in the city center. The neighborhood was nice and calm, every sight in the city is in a walkable distance. Would come back again.

Its location was super. Everything was easily walkable. There were supermarkets close by and the neighborhood was quiet. The train station was not far away and easy to get to. The hosts were very efficient in their communication and helpful.

It wasn’t a problem for us but it may be worth bearing in mind that the apartment was in the second floor and there wasn’t a lift.

Spacious nice apartment. Clean and well equipped.

Suboptimal welcome and assistance by the staff. Had to wait for the check-in on the street for more than 30 minutes. Had to find and pay for lockers(expensive) 2 streets away to leave luggage for 1 extra hour before going to the train station. There is no elevator with difficult stairs for luggage. Noisy in the morning by the surrounding.
