Apartamento San Clemente

Location and security. Easy access to public transportation and restaurants. We felt safe throughout our stay. It's a quiet location.

There is sewer-like odor, not sure where it's coming from. Also, water temperature is hard to maintain when showering. It's either too hot or too cold.

Nice location and the property is easy to find. The street is very narrow, only accessible on foot. But there are parking lots in the area, within a 10 min walk. Everything was nice, comfy and clean. Important for winter time: a/c in all rooms worked really well. It was warm and comfortable. The room with 2 bunk beds was perfect for our child. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Check-in was easy, the lady waited for us despite our forced delay.

There were noisy neighbors (supposedly other tourists since many apartments in the building and the area are let for short-term rent), and the walls were not soundproof. It was not a big problem for us but please keep it in mind.

Location was fabulous. Close to everything.

Unbeatable location. Large size. Washing machine, very effective clothesline on the roof. Full kitchen with pots and pans. With the windows closed, little or no cigarette smoke leaked in from outside - - the AC simply recirculated air within the apartment.

15€ cash fee for arriving after 21:00. 25€ after 23:30. The bathroom smelled horrible. 2013/14 I rented a furnished apartment in Copenhagen that had a room which smelled this way because it had not been properly cleaned. Several patches on my clean towel smelled like another man. They need to be laundered better. Not a big deal, but they ask you to take out the trash when you leave.

Lovely clean apartment in excellent, quiet location. Provided everything we needed.

Spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us but it would have been tight if there was full occupancy and everyone wanted to sit together in the lounge/dining room.

Wonderful location, comfortable apartment with everything you might need. Both Pilar and Gaby were very informative and hospitable
